Objective:

The students will marble paint on egg shapes.

Materials

• Shallow pans

• Paint

• Egg shapes cut from paper

• Marbles.

Procedure

1. Place the egg shape, the marbles, and some small amounts of paint in a shallow pan.

2. Have the students take turns rolliing the marbles through the paint and onto their egg shape by tilting the pan. This will create designs on the egg shape.

Other Lesson Ideas

1. Decorate hard-boiled eggs by dying or painting them.

2. Give each child an empty egg carton and have them create something out of it.  Allow them to use their imaginations and be as creative as they can.
