Objective:
The students will participate in dancing the Bunny Hop.

Materials

• A wide open space, allowing for movement.

• Music, if available

• A link to The Bunny Hop (instructions for how to do the dance.)

Procedure

1. Give the students directions for how to dance the Bunny Hop steps.  Have them practice the dance before getting in a line.

2. Have the students line up, placing their hands on the person in front of them and dance the Bunny Hop!

Other Lesson Ideas

1. Have the students hop in a large, open area.  Give instructions for whether they should do little hops or big hops.  Have them hop in time to music.
